Sunbright were great, they were very easy to talk to & helpful. They gave great advice & always tried to help you. I was very impressed, you won’t be disappointed. I had a Veranda installed & it looks amazing.

"Summer House"

From the moment we contacted Sunbright to discuss our requirements for a summerhouse to the final step in completion, Sunbright were extremely communicative.
First step was initial and informative discussions with Archie where we talked through the design including cladding, colour and flooring. We are not the best at visualising and although Sunbright produced amazing pictures for us, Archie was able to offer a viewing of an installation that had been completed previously. This helped us with making our decision to go ahead with Sunbright.
Following further discussions with Archie, the order was placed, the office provided an overview of the order of events and we were on our way. Alex and Tudor were the builders assigned to us and they completed 70% of the summer house within a matter of days. The speed at which they built was outstanding. We did encounter an issue with the internal height of the summer house for which we agreed on a solution. The Sunbright office is extremely communicative and efficient whether it be to inform you of the next step or request a payment.

Love the finished article. Was not set on a Flat Roof finish at first to be honest but was convinced it would look great and i cannot argue. Really pleased with the final look completed to a high standard. Tudor was our main builder (huge work ethic) and we had interaction with Teresa, Steve and Nick
all of whom made this a stress free event despite the weather not being on our side at times..

They have a well organised team, everything has been finished to high standards. They talked everything through and their professional approach to all aspects of our new garden room has been brilliant throughout.

"A superb build from start to finish! "

From start to finish, the guys at Sunbright have been fantastic! Their knowledge and understanding of what we wanted to build was exceptional. Archie visited us to find out more about what we wanted and explained thoroughly what they could offer. He was very knowledgable and we didn’t feel pressured at any stage of the process.

Although they didn’t come out as the cheapest quote, they were clearly the most experienced and knowledgable builders we spoke to. They were able to explain every part of the build, including detailed explanations around the materials they use and why.

Building work was quicker than I expected and both Rick and James were a pleasure to deal with. We were regularly checked in with regarding the build to make sure everything was as we had expected. Teresa in the office kept us up-to-date with the build regarding when to expect the various stages to begin l, who was attending site and she also ensured all choices for flooring, doors and any other options were ordered in time.

At completion, there were a few snagging issues, as you would expect with a new build and these were rectified quickly and efficiently. Sunbright were very responsive to any questions we had and followed up to ensure we were happy.

I’m over the moon with my garden room and have had lots of lovely comments from friends and neighbours. I highly recommend these guys and encourage people to look past price and focus more on the quality of the build and how knowledgable your builders are and what materials they’re using.
