Had all my windows and doors replaced by Alex and Tudor. Good old English weather slowed the process down slightly but so pleased with the work and both were very polite and professional. Would definitely use sunbright again. Great service all round from start to finish!

I purchased in March and I was kept informed by Teresa in the office of each stage. I was advised who was coming to my home and how long they would be here for. From the sale to the finish I was very impressed with all the workers concerned. They all respected my property and were polite.
I would not hesitate to recommend Sunbright’s family builders and I will use them again for future problems

Sunbright contract with some very capable professionals & built a good product but dealing with the office & management is a disaster. I asked for their MD to call me 3-4 time & I never heard from him. They are on the ball when a payment is due but outside of that it's terrible.

Unfortunately we will not be recommending Sunbright - whilst there were elements that went well and the conversion on our conservatory was satisfactory in the end so much didn't go to plan that we simply can't recommend them to others.

Initially we were impressed with the service, the sales person that came round was knowledgeable and transparent with costings, however one of the deal breakers for us was that we would not need to lift the floor which we were assured would not need to happen.

However the conservatory was dismantled in pouring rain leaving electrics exposed and water running into our house so not only did the conservatory floor get ruined but the kitchen floor too. I am not blaming Sunbright for the weather but what I would call carelessness with leaving exposed electrics to the elements. And then when we raised concerns that they weren't listened to.

If someone had replied to my messages when the water started coming in, the floor would have been saved. As my house was being ruined as a result of work that was done their staff were unwilling to talk to me or respond to emails.

The sad thing is, that I could have been writing a glowing review if when problems arose we were listened to and the team took a solutions based approach. I invited the manger to come and review the state of our house but he declined, he came across as simply not caring as he was taking holiday.

The whole experience was extremely stressful.

I chose from many "sheds" but this one was more Le Corbusier Modernist than lean-to. Not cheap but justifying "because it's worth it"!
The process was not without teething problems, but this was a thoroughly professional job and I'll certainly return to them first for my next building.

Recently had our glass conservatory roof replaced with a warm roof. I can not praise enough the workmanship of the installers Alex and Tudor, the plasterer and electrician. The standard of the finish is excellent. The installation has made the old conservatory a great living space useable all year round. Definitely would recommend this company
