"Scammers"

After I paid them for Umrah, they called me continuously to increase the price by £400!!! After I refused, they reduced the increase to £200 which I reluctantly ended up having to pay to secure the booking. I was told that for this extra money, I'd be at a specific 5 star hotel but on arriving, it was a different 4 star hotel. When I queried this, they blamed me for paying the extra, and blocked me from their number, how RUDE! If there is an issue, they should resolve it professionally and not stoop so low as to block someone from communicating with them. Also when arriving to Jeddah airport, their transport was over an hour late to pick us up, and once again they straight away blamed us for it, even though it was not our fault. If you get any problems, they immediately start blaming you and getting defensive. I don't mind issues as I understand they can happen but I don't appreciate their bad attitude. They are not Atol protected. And they also kept asking me to pay different bank accounts in different names. DODGY. AVOID.

We have just returned from Umrah and one of the very first things I wanted to do was to write a review for Amina Travels. I found this company via google search and submitted my enquiry. Not only did I receive quick and efficient response from brother Ahmed Raza, he also found us a better package than a few other companies I had enquired with. We booked our package a few months in advance and throughout this time, Ahmed kept in touch with us to keep us informed of everything we needed to know. We were travelling with an 11 months old baby and Ahmed took that into account while suggesting our package. Ahmed guided us for each and every step to make the journey as easy as possible for us. He was also always ready to help whenever we needed, he answered all our questions we had and more. It felt like we were dealing with someone who wasn't just selling us a package for money, he was actually interested in making our experience the best. He always communicated with respect and professionalism. I can not recommend this company enough, they are brilliant.

I don’t even know where to start, I initially started my enquiry for booking ummrah with Amiga Travels, I was speaking to an agent named Qasim who was extremely helpful, I was then informed by Qasim that he was leaving, he gave me another number of someone he assured me would help me fully. I spoke to a man named Ahmed, I cannot thank this man enough for helping me and my family make this entire process easier. I was asking for one thing but Ahmed gave me something so much better than I could ever imagine. He was so helpful in booking, he understood exactly what I wanted and made it happen, he always made sure that we got the best of what we asked for and worked late hours for me and my family, he really really helped us and I can’t thank him enough.
