I placed an order with HoofBoots Ireland, and the team followed up with a call to ensure I knew my order would fit. As the product was new we scheduled a fit visit and I'm glad we did. It saved me a lot of time (and returns of the wrong boot and size!).
The communication was great and the boots were delivered quickly and I'm very happy with them. I would definitely recommend.

Phillipa was so helpful from the very beginning! She helped me walk through every stage of the fit kit which I was so helpful, and then she helped me figure out which boots fit best! The boots arrived and my mare has been so happy to wear them!

I have used Phillipa a few times for my hoof boots and up until very recently was very please with her expertise and service.
My last two experiences however were horrible.
We had a Cheval locally and I wanted to match my mares hoof boot colours to the rest of my outfit as there was a best dressed prize. So on the 18 the April I ordered straps to match the numnahs
One of the colours was unavailable and Phillipa told me immediately. I told her that the deadline was the 12 May and asked would they be with me in time for that. She said yes its normally a week from that company.
So I waited . 22 days later and two days before the Cheval they had not arrived. So I contacted her and she then sent a package same day delivery. Lovely I thought, but when they arrived there was one emerald and one navy strap not two emerald as ordered.
This was her reply " Not sure how that happened I checked the order twice.
Cna you not use the navy and we'll sort it out next time? Alternatively come and visit me at the show today and take one for free. Just to add I did pay the cost of a pit of straps extra in shipping to get them to you, I made absolutely nothing on your order and it's clearly a genuine mistake. I wouldn't deliberately send you a navy strap. If you are able to get through the weekend I will send you the extra strap out next week free of charge.
It was a genuine mistake picking up the navy which had nothing to do with the wait on the out of stock item, I'm sorry I added the wrong front strap. Surely you can use the black this one time and it's not the end of the world?
I'm really shocked by your reply and the rudeness when I have apologised and offered to put it right.
I will refund you the straps keep that pair or throw them away. I'm not putting myself out anymore financially for someone who can't even be polite. "
Wow. What happened to the customer is always right and customer service.
I will never use her again. Shocking.
