RDX’s Representative Justin Hardy reached out to remediate the situation to which he not only replaced the item free of charge but also allowed me to keep the item that was still in transit. The company has also comped me with a RDX T-Shirt as a complimentary gift.

Placed order on 2/08/2023 and it still hasn’t shipped. When I track the item on the USPS website this is the info I’m getting.

Your item was picked up by a shipping partner at 11:48 am on February 12, 2023 in STAFFORD, TX 77477. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date.

Called USPS (800) number and the message states they can’t give me any more information on the item until it is picked up. I attempted to cancel the order but the RDX Sports representative said the package was already shipped. They tried to offer me a 10% discount for my troubles which is absurd. I could have ordered the same item on Amazon and they would have delivered the next day. EVERYTHING about this business is suspect!!!! Buyer Beware!!!!

Ordered a Balance Ball from Amazon which was delivered with no stopper to prevent the inflated ball from deflating. Contacted RDX directly who sent me a stopper and spare pump within 1 day. Excellent customer service!

I got some leggings as a Christmas gift and after a month they started to show signs of wear in the elastic. I emailed RDX and they responded the same day. After providing the order number and a photo of the issue they have shipped a replacement pair out straight away.
Very satisfied with the customer service.
I have bought all sorts of kit from RDX (shorts, boxing and mma gloves, shin guards) and all have been good quality. This was the first issue I've had.
