"Solid product, solid customer service"

I bought the lever belt and it's a solid product for a decent price. It's a thick durable piece of leather and a heavy duty buckle. The only problem was my buckle fell apart after about a month of use, a pin holding two pieces together kept falling out. I reached out to customer service and they were very helpful. They told me it was a rare defect and sent a replacement buckle out the next day. Hopefully the replacement holds up and it truly was a rare defect.
