I ordered lenses for the first time at 9:30pm in the evening, and they were delivered by lunchtime the next day! Superb service and loved the little gift in the box. Will be using for my lenses in future!

"Incorrect lead time"

I ordered contact lenses with a lead time of January 22nd, which was 4 days ago. However, I did not receive any updates until I contacted to them. When I reached out, I was informed that delivery could take up to 7 business days. Tomorrow marks the 8th business day, and the order should have been dispatched by now to ensure delivery by tomorrow.

Customer service contacted regarding posting the contact lenses late and provided a refund for the postage charges.

Additionally, I previously ordered from them and paid £100 for two boxes of lenses that didn’t fit me, even though I provided the correct prescription. Despite this, you did not accept a return or exchange, leaving me with a product I couldn’t use and a £100 loss.
