I bought a 6 months supply of contact lenses from here. I’ve used them before so had no real fear, infact I thought my bulk buying would not only be cheaper but would me having to do monthly orders.
Last week I opened my box of contact lenses. The right side has called my eye irritation and appears to be blurry each and every time. I called feel good contacts to let them know and they told me to get a copy of my contact lenses prescription from the optician and I could send it over via the chat.

I did this but then was told that as I opened the box with faulty lenses I cannot get a replacement as I requested or my money back. Please please please can someone explain how I would know it’s a faulty batch of contact lenses without opening and using the box ???!!??

I then asked for a manager to call me … I was told w this would happen within 24 hrs. 24hrs has now elapsed and this hasn’t happened, so I’m now going to have to go to my bank to help me resolve this robbery.
