Out of one of my contact lenses boxes the majority of the lenses in it were dried out and some even cracked meaning they were unable to be used. When I first reached out I didn’t receive any help, a few days later every contact lenses I was opening had the same issue so I reached out again and it was quickly sorted and a new box is being sent out in replacement.

" Missing order and poor delivery service,"

Having used this company for my contact lenses, I am extremely disappointed in their delivery service. Next day delivery, they say! This is the second order that has not arrived on time and I have now waited a week, still no lenses. Their response is we will investigate this and get back to you in a couple of days.
I am now without any contact lenses I have asked them to replace my order, but they haven’t. If you rely on lenses for your vision, I would not recommend. Update:Feel good contacts eventually sent out a replacement order via Royal Mail 24. This arrived promptly the next day. I would much prefer that they used this courier service as opposed to Evri which is totally unreliable. Having sent many packages myself I am aware that this is not a costly service and as they charge for shipping I believe the cost is the same. I am glad this issue is now resolved and their customer service support has been in communication regularly.

"I am writing to share my disappointment…"

I am writing to share my disappointment following a recent order placed with Feel Good Contacts (Order No. FGO-2025415015915111). The order not only arrived later than anticipated, but was also incomplete. I ordered four contact lenses — two with a prescription of -1.50 and two with -2.75. However, only the -1.50 lenses were included in the delivery.

Upon noticing the issue, I promptly contacted customer service to request a replacement for the missing lenses. To my surprise, my request was declined, with the company insisting that the complete order had been dispatched. I find it extremely discouraging that a customer’s concerns would be dismissed so readily, especially over an item of relatively low value.

The suggestion that a customer would be dishonest over two lenses, worth approximately £20, is both unreasonable and insulting. It is deeply concerning that a company would choose not to trust its customers or take responsibility for potential packing errors.

This experience has left me dissatisfied and unwilling to place future orders with Feel Good Contacts. I would advise prospective customers to exercise caution, as the company’s customer service and dispute resolution process appears lacking.

"Poor manufacturing & customer service "

I bought two pair of glasses. Had them about a month. One pair the left arm has come badly loose. The other arms are fine.

On requesting a repair and swap they told me go to an optician. When I questions the warranty they said its was fair wear & tear which is complete rubbish or both arms be lose on both glasses. Clearly the glasses were not assembled correctly - poor manufacturing and poor customer support. Wont be buying here again.
