"Poor Service Delivery"

I have been a customer of Feel Good for some time now. I ordered my contact lenses on 9th April with a delivery date of 12th April. It is now the 14th April and still no delivery. I contacted Feel Good to query this and they said stock had just arrived and that I would get my lenses on 15th April. There was no mention of lenses being out of stock when I ordered. Then on their chat they tried to insinuate a blame on me raising a ticket as to the reason for the delayed despatch. Feel Good Contact Lenses used to be great but its a shame they seem to be going downhill now. I would advise caution if you need your contacts next day as its highly likely you won't get them. Extremely disappointed. Poor customer experience.
