Ordered some contacts at a really good price and they came the next day (probably 15 hours later)
I ordered the wrong strength, but the exchange process was really easy (free return postage) and the customer service agent on the phone was really helpful in sending out the correct strength lenses, which also arrived the next day - I just had to pay the postage again which is completely fair!

After a frustrating experience with my contact lenses provider of over 15 years I was left with the choice of either spending my time calling them or going into store. Actually, I decided to look for a company that was embracing what consumers need in 2025. "Delivery times have increased and web site information needs updating"

I have used feel good contacts for some time now, however in more recent times their delivery times have been quite slow despite their web site advertising next day delivery.
Additionally I have placed orders over the value of £59 and still been charged for postage. Paradoxically this company is still cheaper than the other major on line competitors (Alensa, Vision Direct) so you have to decide whether you want pay extra for a better service or just sit back and wait whilst paying less.

The glasses that came were far too small for my large head , I copied the size exactly from my old pair , customer service said I was at fault and that I've done it wrong , AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I have made several purchases from feel good before. Unfortunately, on the occasion before this last purchase, I was left waiting for months with very little information regarding the delivery of my contact lenses. In the end I cancelled the order and was doubtful about using their service again. Three months later I had a change of heart and ordered again. Delivery within 24 hours and received a trolley coin which will come in handy at the supermarket.
