"Great customer service after Evri failed to deliver"

Placed a 3x month order for contact lenses for my daughter (student) using next day delivery, for whatever reason the Evri driver was incapable of dropping the parcel off at the Evri drop off point?! hence the order was returned… contacted Feel Good Contacts via chat, spoke to Santosh and explained the situation, they were extremely helpful and very understanding. I provided the return tracking code as proof and Santosh organised a replacement order to a different delivery address .. this time using Royal Mail. Thank you to Santosh, fingers crossed for successful delivery.

Firstly, I got this order so quick which was needed. I usually get my prescription lens from specsavers. I had stopped them for a bit as I had too many then turned out two months had come out split I was in urgent need of new ones and they was charging me £66 plus coming into store to collect them after two weeks. This was my last option cheap and comfy. So far had no problems. Buy them they are great

Only placed an order via their website instead of my usual contact lenses retailer because TopCashback was offering a 8% cashback if I bought my contacts with them. I went through the TopCashback link, enabled cookies, received my order, and haven't received my cashback. Upon raising a claim with TopCashback I was informed that Feel Good Contacts informed them that "we haven’t been seen as the reason this order was placed. This means we have been unable to obtain any money back on your behalf.". This is extremely disappointing as this was the ONLY reason why I purchased from them. Very unreliable retailer, and I won't be buying from them again.
