Delivered defective lenses in defective packaging. Refusing to deal with case until I provide a prescription which has no bearing on the fact the packaging is defective and the lenses no useable.

After previous slow deliveries I decided to give Feel Good Contacts one more go and placed an urgent order for next day delivery. When it didn't arrive I chased it only to find one item wasn't in stock so whole order would be at least another week.
When I complained, the operator "helpfully" told me that next day delivery only applies when the items are in stock ....I think most people could work that bit out! The issue is that the website didn't tell me the items weren't in stock and offered me next day delivery, then I wasn't informed about the delay later either.
Stock shortages can happen to any business, but the good ones accurately track these and don't make website delivery dates they can't meet. Sadly I can't trust Feel Good Contacts to deliver ...so back to Lenstore for me.
