"Misleading Frame"

Update: to clarify, they confirmed that the picture on the website was incorrect. Means that that they sold me, regardless of model number is incorrect.

To add onto frustration, they just returned my glasses, but they are not mine - the lenses are a completely different prescription. Now I'm having to contact them again and arrange for this further issue to be resolved.

Purchased frames and glasses. The frame was incorrectly shown as a light green colour on the website. Upon arrival, it turned out to be a grey colour.

They acknowledged that the picture on the website was incorrect - then offered no useful resolution:
- they couldn't procure the right colour.
- they refused to send the lenses only (as I managed to procure the right colour elsewhere).

Instead I have had to receive the full order (no partial refund for the mistakes or good will gesture) and now I'm out of pocket for having to buy a second frame.

I have been using this company for years . Excellent service . Delivery is prompt with strong packaging so lenses are safe. Today I reordered my usual prescription of 2 boxes but for some reason 6 went through. I contacted feel good and Harman sorted the issue immediately. Thank you feel good.

Everything great unfortunately they use Evri. My parcel was delivered to work (nearly!) left in a metal box outside our premises instead of ringing through and delivering to goods in during working hours. Again only reason for marking down, everything else was speedy.
