"Good meat from order but no communication regarding a possible next one."
Good meat not a problem with that but I read on their website they accommodate orders so sent a query and heard nothing back, been over a fortnight now. So i’m not so confident if an issue arose or if I was to need specific adjustments that they would be adhered to or even listened to. Meat is solid so happy to carry on ordering and not sure how busy they are but better and quicker customer service would be appreciated, especially going forward.

"Poor quality meat"
On the plus side the buffalo meat was well packaged and bc arrived on time. On the negative side the meat was of poor quality. I cooked it medium and was expecting melt in the mouth quality. Sadly it was so tough it was impossible to chew and swallow. I did email the company but no reply. Unlikely to use agsin

As a staunch lover of Ostrich meat this is the most superior I have ever tasted.
I ordered 10 packs of ostrich mince & I was most impressed with the next day delivery, robust & efficient packaging & it's delicious flavour.
Ostrich meat is very high in protein but low in fat and cholesterol, contains lots of nutrients and omega oils, which makes it an ideal tasty option, offering numerous health benefits.
Both my GP's highly recommended it.
Likewise, the veterinary fraternity recognises its multiple benefits for our pets.
The low fat content is a great choice for any podgy pooch.
Ostrich is also perfect for dogs who have allergies to mainstream meats and this of course is antibiotic-free 👍
So as an all round delicious and healthy option for both people and our pets, I won't hesitate to recommend Kezie Foods and thank them for their proficient and professional service ⭐

"First and last order from this company"
First and last order from this company. They claim they can only send out deliveries using Parcelforce, (see my review on their rubbish service) they obviously haven’t looked very far. Admitted to me other customers had also had delivery problems. Last phone call with them the women talked continuously over the top of me and when I asked if she would permit me to speak said ‘no’ and hung up. Had my refund which was the only thing they got right. Needless to say my business is going elsewhere!
The company has replied admitting their shortcomings however claiming I was rude, which I was not. If they consider someone telling how it is it to be rude so be it. I will take them refusing to let me speak and abruptly hanging up to be the same!

We ordered our meat from Kezie foods as we wanted to try some different meats.
We have now placed two orders and have had no problems whatsoever.
Our order arrived the next day via DPD, still frozen and well packed.
We will definitely be buying our meats from Kezie foods in the future.

They say you only find out how good a company is when something goes wrong. We have purchased meats from Kezie several times without a problem with quick and quality service. And the meat is excellent. This last time we ordered our meat and nothing was delivered on the day. We called and spoke to Claire and Walter, both were polite and took our details and promised that they would phone back. within half an hour they called back and everything was put right together with an apology as the mistake it would appear was theirs.
It is so refreshing to contact a company and speak to a human being who cares about your problem and admits that they were in error and immediately put it right politely and and with good grace.
If anyone wants to purchase from Kezie I would highly recommend their products and the quality of their staff.
