Had an issue with my billing and was put through to an agent,who reassured me my services would be reinstated immediately (goodwill gesture considering my awkward timing of being paid and then bill payment date)..
I honestly would like to say,even though boshhh isn't a high flying big league network provider like the usual high street brands,there customer service,solutions to issues and all round hospitality are far,far more helpful than the other big 4 network providers...
KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT WORK BOSHHH...
And a big thank you to Darren Todd and the rest of the team for understanding and accommodating my needs and issues...đź’Żđź’Żđź’Ż

Signed up with them as I wanted to help my credit score. 24 hours after sign up I still wasn’t activated. During this period I reached out three times, with the final time being told that my case was being escalated to a supervisor/ manager. This was a Friday, and didn’t hear back over the weekend, but at least expected to hear back on the Monday. On Tuesday I contacted again, this time to cancel. The manager emailed back, and was very apologetic and accommodating. I had a full refund. However, a month later an attempt was made to charge my card for the subscription, luckily I had blocked any outgoing payments to Boshhh. I contacted the manager again who assured me that my data had been deleted, but an hour later another attempt was made to charge my card. Then I had a text message informing me that my services were restricted (on an eSIM I couldn’t use, couldn’t activate, on an account that apparently no longer exists), and suggesting that my credit rating could be negatively impacted.
Updated: The manager has since assured me that this has now been sorted and that it was due to an automated system, and that there is no impact on credit score.
