Just received my order and felt the box was rather small for the amount I ordered @£71!! , but box said 4kgs but certainly wasn’t and upon opening I realised why! I have only received part of this order in my delivery today!? Double checked there’s only box 1 of 1 on sticker.

Really disappointing as my first order here’s hoping they resolve it quickly …

Easy ordering and payment process. Order arrived on time appropriately packaged. Ordered beef knees for our ‘super chewer’ dog. They have proved to be a big hit, each lasting several hours. She is small/medium sized (11kg) and they are a perfect size for her. The 2kg bag was good value containing 12 knees - so will last a long time. Not sure if once package opened I should freeze them until needed?
