Ordered 2 pairs of Bauer XLS for myself and my daughter on the Friday night. I got in touch by e-mail on the Monday as it was a present for my daughter on the Tuesday. Quick response from Jo and sure enough they arrived the day after right on time.
All in good condition, well packaged and shipped by DPD.

Giving a 5 star so far to combat the negative reviews. reading the reviews gave me a bit of a heart attack so i emailed them asking for a status update on my custom bauers. They replied in under 20mins... clearly the people writing reviews about receiving no email replies are missing something out. So far so good, just waiting for the bauers to come at said ETA and ill update the review and 5 stars :)

"0/10 for customer service"
0/10 for customer service. Ordered face protection for my 7 year old and I rang up on 2 separate days to make 100% sure this would be delivered before his next training session. Even offered to pay next day delivery, but i was assured I would have the face protector before the weekend. Never arrived. Phoned up skateattck customer service an explained why I needed it for my 7 year old and the customer service rep said “im not gonna call DHL because of the ammount of time I was on hold with them!”. I then asked to speak to a manager “not available”. I asked for a call back an she was like “it’s a family run business anyway” - in other words not gonna take your complaint seriously anyway. Spoke to a assistant manager nextday and she said she was unaware an that she’ll phone me back. Ive had no missed calls and had signal all day and Ive recieved a message saying
“ I did try to call you to let you know that your parcel has been delivered today. Very sorry for the delay in it getting it to you.
Thanks”
This was also the fault of the delivery company, but appalling customer service from skateattack.

"I think this company might be a scam"
I think this company might be a scam. It’s been 9 days since I placed my 2-3 day order. I have chased it up and was advised that it’s been sent so I should have had it by now. I further chased for a tracking number and they provided one which Royal Mail don’t recognise. I don’t believe I’m ever going to receive my order and I’m i just annoyed I didn’t come here to check reviews first! Avoid!
Update: my mistake that I was given a reference number not a tracking number. I would advise anyone to check other reviews where people have not received their orders. Unfortunately I’ve not been offered a refund on postage given I’ve not received the item.

"Price and dispatch"
Wanted to get back into skating and was looking for specific boots. After being let down by another skate shop, that never bothered to answer calls. I found these. No need for price match as they were the best price for what I was after. They gave me me good advice on the sizing of the boot and how they would adjust to my feet after a little while. They even bumped up they delivery date for free.

"Terrible service. Not delivered and no refund."
I ordered some toe stops and cushions but they haven’t anrrived. After chasing them three times over 6 weeks I asked for a refund. I chased up my refund request a week ago and nothing.
Going to go to my credit card company to get it sorted.
Definitely would not recommend buying from skateattack.

"Terrible experience"
Terrible experience. My daughter Brought Bauer xls skates it should of arrived with playmaker plates but it arrived with Rio plates on them totally false information on their website, when I called to ask them to send the original plate the Manager Jo said it would be sent ASAP a week later still waiting, phoned again this weekend staff were so rude and dismissive, no Manager Jo available was told they couldn't get ahold of her, they make promises and don't keep it.
I advise potential buyers to either buy elsewhere or make sure your getting what you pay for especially if you order online and it arrives by post My daughter is still awaiting the original playmaker plates but if it does not arrive I will be personally making a formal complaint to trading standards for misleading information on their website and misleading customers on goods. My daughter saved her money and paid a lot of money for my skates so she should get what was advertised and what she paid for on their website. By speaking to as many as 3 staff I found them all to be Very unprofessional and very rude and dismissive towards me and my daughter you all need to learn how to treat customers who spend their money with you. More training is definitely needed in customer service and customer care also if you don't have a particular item in stock inform the paying customer of that, just don't send out random alternatives of your choice that's wrong and misleading. Customers need to be informed
