This is the 1st time we have sent our luggage ahead. We were very apprehensive to start with. But we needn't have worried. What a brilliant service, from the staff on the telephone too the pickup driver, all very polite and helpful. The speed of the delivery to our hotel 2 working days. Well done Bagsahead. Let's hope the return is as painless.

Excellent service, super fast, frequent updates. On one occasion an agent called me to clarify some info and he was helpful, polite. I was well impressed. All round fantastic experience for my first time using the site.

We recently used BA again for our ski trip to Austria and it was as fabulous as before. As 4 girls we packed 2 'coffin bags' with our snowboards and all our helmets, boots etc which meant we only had to take hand luggage and hire a much smaller vehicle from Munich airport. It saved us money, time and a lot of hassle, can't recommend the service enough :)

"I've used Bagsahead a couple of times…"

I've used Bagsahead a couple of times now and the first time everything went absolutely to plan and everything was really simple with great updates. Recently I arranged to send some skis to Switzerland, over New Years. Unfortunately, there was an issue and the courier failed to deliver the skis on time however this was not the fault of Bagsahead and Chris did absolutely everything possible to resolve the situation. While not the result we wanted, I was still really impressed with how the situation was handled and the openness of the communications. It could have really spoiled my holiday as the courier was completely uncommunicative and would not provide the details we needed. Chris was able to resolve the issue to our satisfaction which meant we still had an amazing holiday. Good to see a company really care about customer service when things go wrong - that is the real test - hence the 5 stars!

"Great idea and great service"

Collected when the they said. The package (skis) arrived at our destination with time to spare and the skis were back with us 4 days after leaving our place of holiday. Continuous updates as to the package position too. Great service and great that we didn’t have to carry the awkward heavy things. Have already recommended to fellow skiers
