Mark even managed to get me alternative flight times to suit and everything was booked and completed really quickly. Kevin, what an absolute superstar ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Booked the holiday to Thailand and I wanted to leave within two weeks, thought that might be an issue….. not for Kevin!
Messaged him and within a few days he had our dream holiday booked, he put together an amazing 3 islands adventure, all transfers from airports to islands be weather boat, car, speedboat or plane they were all done without hesitation, on call all the time with silly panic issues that really weren’t an issue at all, Kevin sorted them all with speed and understanding. He put my mind at rest on many occasions.
If you have any doubts about this company just DONT!!
Amazing, that good his number is in my phone book for our next adventure!

My dealings with Bayfinch involved booking a surprise Iceland holiday for my husband. Literally one week before we were due to go we had some difficult news to deal with. The guys did their very best to get as much of the costs refunded and we are so so grateful to them. Their compassion was above and beyond and within a couple of days the funds are back in my bank. Ready for our next adventure (definitely through Bayfinch) should we be able to travel at a later date. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts
