My experience with ResumeLab has been extremely frustrating. Since May 2024, I've been charged for a subscription I never actively used. When I discovered these charges, I immediately cancelled the subscription on November 5, 2024.
I've repeatedly requested a full refund for all charges since May, as I never used the service. My profile even contained incorrect personal information (wrong name), proving I never accessed it. Despite clear communication, ResumeLab's customer service has been unhelpful and unresponsive to my specific concerns.
Initially, they offered to refund only €11, then €23.95 for November 2024 alone. This is unacceptable given the months of unused service I've been charged for. Their responses seem AI-generated, ignoring the details of my situation and requests.
I've cited German consumer protection laws (§ 312g BGB) to support my case for a full refund, but ResumeLab continues to sidestep the issue. Their poor customer service and refusal to address my legitimate concerns have left me with no choice but to warn other potential customers.
I urge ResumeLab to review their customer service practices and provide a full refund for services never rendered. I expect them to contact me directly to resolve this matter promptly.

I appreciate that ResumeLab has partially addressed my concerns by refunding the charges. However, there are still unresolved issues:
ResumeLab has not responded to my request for €210 compensation for the inconvenience caused, including having to cancel my credit card.
Their response did not address all the specific points raised in my original complaint.
While I acknowledge the refund as a step in the right direction, I'm disappointed that ResumeLab hasn't fully resolved all issues or provided a comprehensive response. I urge the company to:
Address the compensation request
Provide a more detailed response to all points raised
I remain open to further communication to resolve these outstanding matters completely. Unfortunately, I find myself compelled to use this platform to obtain an appropriate response from ResumeLab. My direct communication attempts have so far been met with automated, AI-generated replies that do not address my specific concerns. I hope that this public review will motivate the company to seriously address my open questions and provide a personal response tailored to my situation.
