"No responsibility for delivery"

I ordered Apple AirPods but won’t be ordering from them again even if they may be slightly cheaper. Delivery is not within their control and if you query why it hasn’t been delivered when they said it would, they relinquish all responsibility and say they have dispatched so not their responsibility any more and the delivery firm are equally not responsive. I would not order through them again and wouldn’t recommend them.

"One of the worst customer services I ever had"

Ordered headphones for a present. Email with tracking code received. Then nothing.... despite several emails there was nothing positive. We are looking for your item guys is not appropriate when you are operating a retail business. In the end I went back to my bank and made a claim through my credit card dispute process. Not a good experience and I will not be coming back. Nor would I recommend this company.

That’s ridiculous and wholly unacceptable as an an answer, I received one parcel it was untampered with and quite clearly the size of ONE iPad box.

I would either like a refund or confirmation that you’re sending my second iPad, otherwise I’ll be taking this further, legally or with the press.

The issue may well be in your warehouse or with your Courrier, but as the paying consumer that shouldn’t be put onto me. Good customer service would be to resolve at my end first and offer your apology for the hassle.

I did get a replacement eventually, but no word of apology, absolutely terrible customer service.

Also, I am in the UK and they sent European plugs with adapters.

Will happily pay a bit more and use John Lewis next time, where I normally buy electronics as they look after their customers and staff.
