Ordered some wine on the 27th of April and still have not received it. Received an email from Royal Mail to say that tge parcel has been withheld due to unpaid surcharges. Cannot contact the company by phone or live chat and unable to contact the courier services

Great company, polite , friendly and easy to deal with. I ordered 2 bottles of white wine before Christmas , the company dispatched my order quickly but dispatched the red not white. They contacted me immediately and sent a replacement the next working day. They even let me keep the red wine for the inconvenience! Couldn’t fault them, will use again .

"No deliver and uncontactable"

Sadly I bought a Wowcher deal, paid Squaregrapes postage and nothing arrived. I nor Wowcher can get a response by email or phone from Squaregrapes. This company are scamming people out of their money. I warn you to not order from them.

We really enjoyed our vintage Prosecco. I’m a big Prosecco lover. I have try lots of different Proseccos, cheap, expensive etc…. The one I ordered from Squaregrapes is buy the best in terms of value for money.
