When I wrote them asking why, after a week, that the bag I ordered for a friend for her birthday hadn’t shipped; they responded within 24 hours saying that they could not see why it wasn’t shipped. So they not only overnighted the bag, but threw in a bunch of extra goodies! I’ve purchased 3 bags, one for me and two as gifts. Love them!
