The purse itself looks great & seems sturdy enough... but I cannot, for the life of me, get the spout off of the insulated pouch to save my life! I’ve emailed customer service & tweeted .... still nothing from anyone willing to help. I’ve YouTubed all of the “how to” videos and none of those ladies seem to have any trouble. So here I am .... with a fancy smancy wine bag ..... and no wine to go in it! Kind of defeats the purpose. Oh, and this was a Mother’s Day gift from my devoted husband. He did good, Porto-Vino, not so much.
