After trying so hard to buy a car in Scotland/Glasgow area I contacted Riviera about a car they had in stock. I was looking for a trade in which James made so easy. After battling car dealerships about the trade in price for my car I finally was offered the correct and fair price.

After a 4 hour drive, James and the reception staff made me feel so welcome. I would say it’s also the first time in my life everything ran smoothly and quickly during the trade in and collection of my new car!

Thank you again for such great customer service and for making my experience a happy one. I’ve never felt so laid back about buying a new car.

Professional service from front of house to workshop. Billy, as my principal point of contact, was excellent and made sure any queries or items were dealt with in a timely manner. The process from start to finish was both efficient and straightforward. Very pleased with the quality of the prepping of the vehicle, some aspects I thought I’d have to live with - they managed to sort out and had the car looking brand new by the time I took delivery.

Overall a great service - Billy was exceptional and kept me informed at all times. Unfortunately the front splitter somehow got scuffed in the time between me first seeing the car and collecting however Billy dealt with it really well to put it all right. Overall would use again and certainly deal with Billy in particular.

"This has to be THE worst company ever"

This has to be THE worst company ever! Sold a car with a light on the dash and said it was because it had a modified badge on the front grille for look so I replaced the badge at my own cost to put back to factory and light didn’t go off the dash as they said it would as required a cruise control radar sensor. Contacted the company and was promised the £700 back but never materialised after around 15 attempts and now just being ignored! Do not but a car from this company as if you do get an issue you’re on your own and will be fobbed off!!!
