"If you’re in a hurry, don’t bother"

Ordered a pair of Mercian shorts with next day delivery at an addition cost, received a text the day after saying they were out of stock. Ended up taking over 2 weeks to arrive. Not a very good system if a customer can buy a product for next day delivery if they haven’t even got them in stock.

In the meantime I bought a different pair of shorts for next day delivery, the exact same thing happened.

Read the reviews and it was a bit mixed, but I ordered a hockey stick and it came 2 working days after I ordered it - no issues with the service at all.

Seem to repeatedly fail to actually have in stock the items/colours ordered - if I'd wanted red I wouldn't have ordered blue.. avoid.

I had a great experience. There was one of the 4 items I ordered out of stock, but they explained I could wait or take an upgrade replacement for the same price. So I did. Very happy - it all arrived the next day. Great service.

Terrible company to shop with. Placed an order, they then said they didn't have what I ordered. They suggested something else which I accepted and then they shipped the wrong item! Then they asked ME to pay for the return and wouldn't cover the full cost. Do not use this business

Shocking service. The stock they suggest via their website is available, probably isn't. Their strategy seems to be to get you to spend with them but then they text you the following day to say they don't have it but they try and palm you off with different sizes or colours etc. And the attitude of the employees is a disgrace.
