Rented Bezza to go up Kundasang. The car they gave us was in good condition, clean and washed. Just minor superficial body damage but nothing too obvious. Car was 3/4 full during takeover. The tyres was slightly worn but still in driveable condition so it was fine for me. They passed the car to me at my hotel and return at my desired location too within KK City. All process was friendly, professional and no fuss. I would recommend to others.

Best Borneo provide good flexibility for the arrangement of pickup and car return services such as pickup time, location change and etc. The car Exora we order is under maintenance and has been replace with a brand new Aruz with perfect condition, just the latter don't have the turbo performance as good as Exora but the overall experience is good!
