I was really pleased with the service I received from Elite Pet Taxi. Marcel (the business owner) went above and beyond to help me bring my cat to the UK. I was impressed with his efficiency, punctuality and warm attitude towards my cat and myself. Honestly, I was nervous and overexcited. I guess I couldn't think well, that's why it was great to have an experienced, well-informed and level-headed assistant around. Marcel instructed me of what a pet owner should know while entering the UK, so everything went smoothly. In fact, it only took us 5 minutes or so to go through pet-related formalities.
To sum up, I strongly recommend Elite Pet Taxi to any pet owner who is traveling to the UK or from the UK to the EU
