Marcel and his Partner were excellent. They made a stressful and complicated journey back to the Uk so simple and easy. They're very experienced, know the process inside out and are able to support you through every step. If I had to do the same journey 10 times over, I'd choose these guys. Amazing service.

I used Elite Pet Taxi to drive me and my cat from Paris to the UK. Lucia and Marcel were very communicative and helpful from start to end and helped put me at ease about the long journey along with assisting with the pet import paperwork at the LeShuttle checkpoints. Marcel is an excellent and safe driver and we had a pleasant drive. He was also very knowledgeable about the LeShuttle process and timings and got me to my destination in record time. The car was extremely clean and spacious and Marcel provided me with snacks and water as well as cat litter for my cat. Thank you Marcel and Lucia! I will absolutely recommend Elite Pet Taxi without hesitation.

"Singapore to UK via Paris CDG"

Singapore to Paris with an in-cabin dog. Needed to get to the UK. Stayed one night near the airport and Elite Pet Taxi picked us up from the hotel to go to the outskirts of London.

Everything was unbelievably smooth. Great driving by Marcel and he was so helpful and prompt with the pet documents which put us at ease. Lucia also gave some guidance on the pet documents even though this is not their responsibility they were so helpful.

Lucia and Marcel are an amazing team. Very approachable with any questions and always helpful. They are very supportive. I would 100% use Elite Pet Taxi again.
