We had the best experience with Rene. Very friendly and respectful. Very attentive with our pet and also with us. Made sure to always ask if we need to stop for food, rest or restroom stops. Would definitely recommend if you need someone to take your pet somewhere to book with him.

"Moving back to the UK after 10.5 years"

Moving back to the UK after 10.5 years abroad was a stressful process. The most stressful part was bringing my fur baby back! That’s until I came across Elite. Once we provisionally booked their services, Marcel and Lucia jumped on a call with us and immediately put our mind at rest. They were friendly and professional and we felt in very safe hands.
On the day of the move, Marcel was early to the airport and kept in constant contact with us. We felt reassured and cared for. He was great with our dog, even walking her when we stopped for a coffee!
If you are considering a pet taxi service, look no further. They are superb. 10/10

"Amazing service "

I recently used Elite Pet Taxi to transport my dog, Jerry, from outside of the UK/EU to Paris and then to London. I was impressed by the service and would rate it 5 stars.
Marcel made sure that I sent him the paperwork beforehand so he could check it and make sure all was in order. There was an issue with a paper, but Marcel made sure we had several options to sort it out so I didn't get stuck in France.
Marcel's knowledge of the process and his veterinary contacts in France made this stressful process much easier. He was professional, friendly, and took great care of Jerry during the journey.
Even after Marcel finished the job, he contacted me to make sure that we were settled in London. I highly recommend Elite Pet Taxi for anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet transportation service

"They waited hours for me when I got stuck with border patrol"

Management was very commutative and helped me every step along the way. I had an issue at UK border crossing, and I ended up being stuck in the Border Patrol station for 7.5hrs, and they were able to schedule another ticket for me, and my driver Rene waited for hours for me to get out. We ended up leaving around 2AM to go to the UK via Le Shuttle.

I am very thankful they were able to help me get to the UK with my puppy, and Rene recommended a pet friendly hotel near the terminal I could stay in until the trains started running again, and he dropped me off there, so I could continue my journey into England. My trip would have been very different if they decided to not wait for me and help me get to the hotel.

We used Marcels services for the second time travelling from Orly airport, Paris to Folkstone, Uk. Just as the previous time it was a great experience and made that part of the journey extremely smooth and comfortable. Marcel is very nice, organized and professional. He was waiting for us at arrivals and from that point on took care of everything, making sure we had food and dog walk breaks along the way and assisting at the pet check station in Calais as well. Big thank you! We will surely be back :)

"Great trip from France to UK!"

Thanks to Marcel and Lucia for their help. They assisted us in transferring our cat from France to London. We had five pieces of luggage and a cat, and the car was well-equipped, so we didn’t need to worry about space or comfort. The whole trip went smoothly, including crossing the French border and checking the animal health certificate. This journey was very enjoyable, and I recommend this company. The price is reasonable for the services provided.
