A friend of mine got stranded in Paris not being able to get to London due to unhelpful Eurostar employees and stupid regulations. I found Elite Pet Taxi by luck searching for ways to get my friend here. Even though it was quite late in the evening, Marcel retuned my call, found a driver and reviewed my friend's documentation to make sure everything was in order and she could travel without any issues. He and his wife were very friendly and helpful and everything went without a hickup. The price was also good comparable to the Eurostar! The driver was very friendly and even offered her some water and a cupcake.

I would definitely recommend Elite Pet Taxi to anyone who wants to bring their pets to the UK!

We were moving from London to Barcelona and wanted to travel by car. But it was challenging to rent a car to drive across the channel to France and then Spain. Luckily we found Elite Pet Taxi to take us across the channel tunnel, they came highly recommended, door to door service that takes all the stress out of pet travel! Marcel picked my husband, me and our dog up plus six suitcases at our flat in Maida Vale London, helped with the pet customs, purchased the LeShuttle car train tunnel tickets and dropped us off at our hotel in Lille, France where we picked up our rental car. Highly recommend, impeccable service and reasonable price(£650). With all the pet taxi services offered out there (some seemed like scams with their higher prices), you can trust Elite Pet Taxi is the best one!

Smooth experience from booking to airport pickup, to the ride to my destination. Lucia and Marcel are very friendly, helpful and responds to messages quickly. We are able to catch an earlier train thanks to Marcel. Would definitely recommend their service to anyone who needs to travel from Europe to the UK with their pet.
