Thank you to Marcel and Lucia for all their help with transporting my dog from France to the UK. Their guidance with the paperwork, assistance on the day, and overall communication were invaluable. They were incredibly patient with awaiting our arrival due to train delays from Calais, and supported us through the paperwork checks before crossing. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. We contacted Elite Pet Taxis as we wanted to bring a puppy from Belgium to Scotland. From the very first contact with Lucia and Marcel we found them to be extremely helpful. They gave us all the relevant information as to what required for pet reception at border control.
Marcel met us at the airport, took us to the breeder and ensured all the relevant documents were in order. This was fantastic for us due to language barriers. We felt extremely relaxed throughout the travel to Folkestone, definitely the best way to travel. Marcel was very professional and friendly, he chatted away with us throughout the journey. Our trip was so smooth.
On arrival at Folkestone we changed drivers and met with Abdul who took us to Edinburgh, he was very pleasant with excellent customer service.
This truly was a first class service from start to finish and we highly recommend them.

Marcel went out of his way to support us in a stressful situation. (My dog needed to travel for medical reasons) I truly felt that we are not "just another passenger" but there is someone to look after us. Was very helpful with planning, actively looking for the best solution crossing the tunnel in peak season.

I'm very grateful for his help and kindness. Feels like a good old fashioned business where the owner actually cares about their customers and truly wants to help them.

Lucia was very helpful and efficient with the booking process, with great communication. Marcel picked us up from the airport in Paris and drove us straight to our home in England. He made sure we and our dog had a comfortable journey and we were able to make multiple stops for us and our dog’s needs. There were even snacks and water on the car. Would recommend!
