"Fantastic service & very reliable company"

We have nothing but good things to say about Elite Pet Taxi Ltd.
We used the company to bring our 4 months old puppy back to London. We travelled by rental car from Germany to Lille, France where we changed over to Elite Pet Taxi.
Their driver, Abdul was waiting for us at the arranged location (and ahead of time). He was very friendly and patient while we were returning the rental car, filling up gas, and moving all our luggage into his car.
He is a great driver and we all felt very safe and the journey from Lille to London (via Eurotunnel) went ahead smoothly.
Our biggest concern was the border control in Calais with the new puppy, but it all went ahead smoothly:
We had all the documentations ready (the gov.uk website is very clear and if you follow instructions you should not have a problem), and Lucia and her husband from Elite Pet Taxi had checked all documents a few days prior to our trip, so we were cleared in less than a minute.
All in all a very pleasant experience, and we certainly recommend Elite Pet Taxi to anyone who wants to travel to/from Europe with their pet and does not want to drive themselves or use a plane.

Trip went extremely smoothly, Marcel was an excellent driver and was very helpful in making sure I had all the correct documentations for entering the country. My dog loved the car ride and there was plenty of stops for her to go to the bathroom and be as comfortable as possible.

It was a great decision to take an elite pet taxi from Folkestone to Brussels airport as we arrived totally relaxed, stress free and in good time for our flight home.
Marcel collected Milou, luggage & me exactly as arranged & swiftly and expertly navigated us through pet & passport control and the tunnel. The only thing I had to do was decide whether to have an almond or chocolate and almond coffee croissant from a local French bakery outside Calais.
Marcel was great with Milou, knew the routes and good places to stop and was interesting and good company too. I’m glad that he had suggested departing at a slightly earlier time when we experienced the volume of traffic as we got nearer to Brussels.
I was also grateful for the mineral water provided as I had packed some for Milou but not for me!
Lucia was very prompt with the quote for the journey and i spoke with her and Marcel to make the booking and they advised on the most cost effective times for the journey & also to allow more time than I had thought as the last weekend in August was a busy travelling day in Europe. Lucia also sent confirmation of shuttle booking info as soon as I made the booking and gave me Marcel’s number which felt very reassuring.
It was more expensive to take an elite pet taxi than take the one train from Calais (with a change of station) to get me to the airport in time but it was definitely worth every penny.
Milou will be too big to travel in the cabin next time and I feel very grateful that I won’t have to worry about the journey next time when I can just call Lucia or Marcel.

From the very beginning of finding elite pet taxi online and getting into contact with Lucia and Marcel they have been so helpful with the entire process. Marcel ensured to look over my documentation and provide me with assistance in anything I needed to do for a smooth travel with the pet taxi.
Upon arriving in Paris with my cat my driver hashmat was there waiting to help me carry my bags to the car, and was very caring and supportive In helping me. Hashmat was very friendly, and kept conversations with me throughout the long drive making the long drive feel far shorter which was greatly appreciated. Hashmat was more than willing to stop when I needed to use the washroom or get food/drinks and offered his help wherever needed. Upon arriving at pet reception Hashmat knew the receptionists and I was through pet reception within 5 minutes. Overall if I could give a higher rating I would as elite pet taxi made my trip from Paris to England smooth, stress free, and Hashmat was also a very good driver which was very relieving.

Lucia and Marcel were very nice, helpful, and responsible from the beginning. Lucia was very responsive and offered great help in terms of the preparations before we started our journey. Marcel was extremely nice as well, who drove us from France to the UK. He gave us plenty of time to walk our dog and let him relax after a long flight. He also communicated with the officials to make things much easier before going into the Euro tunnel. He drives really well too, very comfortable ride that we all took a nap at the end (except him of course)! Highly recommended!

Marcel and Lucia are absolutely wonderful and helped me and my cat travel from Paris to London. They took care of the LeShuttle ticket booking for me, and they had excellent communication with me throughout this process. Marcel was lovely to drive with, and was VERY helpful when my cat had a little accident in his car. Would recommend this service to anyone looking to travel with their pet from France to the UK.

We had trouble getting our documents processed at the Pet Reception but Hashmat patiently helped us get to a vet nearby to redo the documents.
The whole trip took us almost 12 hours because of all the troubles at the border but Hashmat kept it cool and professional. Thank you so much!
