"All in all a great experience"

All in all a great experience, communication was quick and easy, I had different route options and was given price for all of them as needed. Marcel was a great driver and the cat enjoyed the trip as he could sit on the backseat with myself and look at the views. The car had cat litter box available and there were snacks for me. My flight to Paris was late by 1,5h but at no point was that a problem and my stress was reduced by Marcel being very helpful with everything.
I can highly recommend the service!

Such a smooth experience! All the way from the pickup at my house to the final drop off in Paris. Marcel was an excellent driver, explained everything that was going to happen (LeShuttle steps and what documents we needed to show), and even had snacks/water in the car ready for us. He made plenty of bathroom breaks and was very accommodating, allowing for a pleasant journey. To top it off he brought all of our suitcases into the hotel for us in Paris. Very happy we went with Elite Pet Taxi! Highly recommend 😊

I had an exceptional experience with Elite Pet Taxi. From the start, Lucia was incredibly responsive, answering all my initial questions and quickly arranging my booking. My driver, Rene, provided outstanding service. He kept in touch before my flight and throughout the landing process, ensuring everything went smoothly. Upon arrival, Rene was ready and waiting with thoughtful touches like cat litter and water for me and my cat, Nina Simone.

His guidance through the entire process, from cat reception to customs, was invaluable, and we shared great conversations during the drive. I can't recommend Rene and Elite Pet Taxi enough! From my first inquiry to the final drop-off, the entire experience was seamless, professional, and stress-free, making the journey much easier for both me and my cat.

once payment was finalized, Renee the driver reached out via WhatsApp to introduce himself a set up pick up details.
When I met Renee at the pick up spot, and throughout the journey itself Renee was very polite, pleasant and service oriented and made the long way to London feel at ease.

I had a long journey with my pet dog Milo from Singapore to London with transit at Paris. Marcel picked us from CDG and dropped us at our apartment in London. Marcel and Lucia are well organised and supports you through all the steps.. Marcel also supported me, taking care of the pet throughout the journey .. we had a wonderful experience and will strongly recommend Elite pet taxi service.

Would highly recommend, especially if travelling with pets. We had to come back to the UK from Paris with our dog, after the holidays. Lucia and her husband Marcel were wonderful to speak to and gave me a lot of time to decide. They were also knowledgeable on all the documents needed when crossing the border (even for dogs). Rene was our lovely driver, he picked up from our Paris hotel and drove us all the way to London. The car was very spacious, clean and confortable and he drove very smoothly. We could enjoy the drive and catch some sleep. He was also very flexible with the stops we wanted to make, which was great as well. Him making that crossing (also the other way) so many times, meant he knew where everything was and where to go, very useful at the border to get to LeShuttle.
Also my dog was quiet and sleepy during the car ride, but was nervous and would bark when getting out to do the checks at the border, or just for a wee; but Rene was very understanding of the situation and still tried to make friends with our pup.
Honestly will use this service again if needed to do this crossing again.
10/10.
Ps: there were also great delays from Folkestone coming into Calais (Rene got stuck hours coming into France) and both Lucia and Marcel, the owners of the business, as well as Rene himself, were available to assist and give updates on the situation.
