"Waste of time!"

Had 2 car applications through this company. First one was approved within an hour and an offer was given. We had found another car and decided to proceed with this one it was pretty much the same car with a better sound system and upgraded dash. The car company state you get a offer within 1 working day and will only hold the car during this period.

However after doing the essential steps to receive an offer I was asked multiple times to give more information, after calling 6/7 times to give this information during almost a 2 day period, I was told I'd been declined and asked if I knew my credit score, which before this was high.

Don't bother with them as they will ruin your credit score and mess you around telling you they need additional information when the decision had already been made and I'd not been made aware. Instead I got messed around and lost a lot my of patience.

after many attempts of trying to get someone to help me with the websites for my account , I am wanting to pay extra each month and the system is not allowing me to do this , no one can give me an answer why I can’t all they say is try again later which I have done several times now this is so frustrating

Unsure if the company in general deserve the 5 stars but their employee Joanne Aird 100% does. What an absolute superstar. Couldn’t fault her efforts, attentiveness, friendly manner and dedication to getting the job done. An absolute asset to the company in what could have been an absolute disaster as a result of the funders ineptitude. Joanne from evolution was top notch!!!!
