I really disappointed with how they treated me .
I have been offered car finance from them after requested many documents from me.
The car I want to buy is £12400 and my part- exchange car value is £10622 ( first I told them that I have finance left in my car of £10500) . They offered me the finance of 249.61monthly payment ( 60 months) that’s yesterday offer . But when I received my settlement letter that I forwarded to them the settlement figure is (£8714.58 ) actual less than what I told them left me with £1908.42 in credit . So the value of the car went from 12400 to £10491.58 but I noted that my monthly payment went from £ 249.61 to 265..80 instead of going down . When I called them to check about it .
The lady told me because your residence card expired within less then 60 months we changed it from 60 months to 45 . I told her but the card expired that date but I have leave to remain , I owned house here and my husband and kids are British citizens and I am a respectful person work as financial controller. She said that’s the reason we can’t do more . I told her talk to someone and see if you can arrange something. she said no . I told her so cancel the offer . She said Ok fine and cancelled it . That’s bad . You do that because I am a foreign. Unacceptable. Really disappointed ☹️

Evolution staff go above and beyond to ensure a pay out is made in the quickest turnaround time possible. I would like to thank everybody involved with my case, they are a credit to the company. Would use again.

Avoid this company like the plague. They are a broker not a lender which is fair enough however when they find you lenders it's all well and good but what they don't explain to you is these lenders if they don't think a car is worth what it is worth they will offer you less. That really needs to be explained before you start hard searching people's credit files.
I told these lot to not so politely cancel my application. As soon as I'd done that I went straight to the garage I found my car in that I liked, applied for finance, had the documents in my email an hour later signed sent back at a much lower APR and I collect my new car next weekend. I'd spent weeks running around after this Mickey Mouse outfit. Seriously seriously avoid!!!!

This company is totally misleading there branded AA however there not there enails inform you that the application process is completed and congratulate you but they then require more information as the finance is not completed - they give you an APR. However its not gaurenreed as you still dont have your finance approval - then try to complain and its the usual email process to avoid complaints withdraw from the process and you still get emails saying you have completed the process total waste of time total misleading information designed to confuse

"Lost all paperwork then declined!"

Tried to get motorhome finance through Evolution and after weeks of submitting documents, that were continually lost, they declined us on affordability basis!!
This is absolutely ridiculous. We run our own business and have a turnover well in excess of any monthly payments. The fact that we are employees of the company that we own was a position that they simply could not understand and so it was clearly easier for them to just decline than try and understand how our business operates and approve the finance.
They conducted hard searches on both my partner and myself just prior to declining the application.
During the application process they asked for everything apart from an inside leg measurement and at one point even told me that my wife wasn’t on the voters register, they wouldn’t have found her as they had her name totally wrong!!!!
Seriously we secured the finance through another company so alls we’ll that ends well.
Thinking of using Evolution funding for your finance requirements ?? I can only say I would seriously look elsewhere.

Worst company ever to process car funding. Clunky, broken and ever taking process with poor customer service.

Thanks for waisting time. Will recommend to never use them for any purpose.

I have recently applied for and been accepted on more than one occasion for the same car (Thanks to poorly worded T&C's - yes, some of use still read them).

I was then sent congratulatory emails and advice on persuing the rest of my purchase. I joyfully paid a 50% deposit on this acceptance and advice only to then receive an email for a photo of passport as my drivers license (which they'd had images of for almost 2weeks) had unbeknownst to me, just expired. unfortunately for me, my passport had also expired, leaving me unable to grant thier wish until, that had been renewed and in turn used to renew my drivers license. On deciding that although unfortunate, they would now need to cancel the application meangin my purchase was not only redered impossible but, Cinch would now require up to 10days to refund my deposit.

So, Evolution, you have wasted my time, lost me the car were buying and tied £8k of my money up for a few weeks preventing me from buying another car!

will you pick up the tab for me renting a car for these two weeks? i think not!. will you be sincearly applogising for the trouble, stress and delays you have cause me? I think not.

So, Thank you for wasting my time you absolute wombles.
