I must say from my experience the product works like magic! Been using their products for a couple of months now and for sure my hair is slowly growing back. I'm just giving a second review as it's really important that people are aware of the experience I had. That it not to say that all people have had a bad experience with this company
I am unable to respond directly to the reply that I have had from this company, therefore am replying via a second review.
This is their reply:
'Dear Anthany,
To react to your review, you used the product and when it was done you came back claiming the cream is grainy. We asked you to send us a picture but you could not provide it. Additionally you were not applying the cream correctly and when you were adviced on the correct procedure you got angry because we did not give you a free jar like you wanted.
We are very sorry but your results are based on your failure to follow the right application instructions'
First I am not sure why they are saying I got 'angry'. All correspondence was via email and I was confused at one point expressed respectfully what the issue was. They then replied saying 'no point in getting angry'. There was no evidence of 'anger'
Secondly, I told them the grains would not be picked up by a camera because they are too small to see, however you can very easily feel how grainy the product was. This is why they had an opportunity to look into this and I could have sent them the cream back to feel for themselves, but they refused
Thirdly no suggestion at all was made in reference to a 'free jar'. This is another exaggeration or a straight lie from the company
And finally, the application was adjusted once they informed me a more suitable way. No results were seen after using this. It could of been because I had a very defective product. This company then replied saying the product is grainy because I have left the life open for too long. It was a last desperate attempt from them to pass on their downfalls. How do they know I left the lid open for too long? I simply used as anyone else would. Open a product, and put the lid back on.
I still stand by everything I have said because I have all the evidence via email correspondence. Please be mindful with this company. They also emailed me saying that results can be seen in as little as 10 days.
It's the service that was horrendous.

"Bad/ non existent customer service"
Not happy placed order on 11th Oct today is the 28th Oct and I still have not received my order and after sending 4 emails that have gone ignored and unanswered I would advice you stay away from this company and their poor customer service ethics totally disappointed as this was my second and will be my last order with them

No difference seen with products. Expensive for nothing to happen. Don’t like the way they remove all negative reviews or comments from social media adverts
