Superb, a God-send, immediately helpful, super kind & patient, & worked out problem over whatsapp, looking at the boiler & explaining to us what to do. Thank you, thank you. And all at 9pm on a Sunday evening!
Having arrived in flat at 8.30pm on Sunday night to discover boiler wasn't working, we were despondent to say the least. And now all I can do is marvel that men as kind as Malcolm are out there, prepared to give of their time & expertise to complete strangers on a Sunday night (thank you too to his wife). And am extremely grateful to now be in a warm flat with hot water, and the damp feel being taken out of the flat.

Great first time experience with this company having had a bad experience with another boiler company in Fulham.
Rod the heating engineer was courteous and very helpful. He confirmed the suspected problem and wasted no time replacing the faulty part. He also fixed another problem with the underfloor heating motor we didn’t realise we had.
Great customer service and our go-to company now for any boiler/heating issues.

After their faultless service in resolving a previous leak, I called Maintracts for the 2nd time upon returning from holiday to a chilly flat as the boiler refused to fire up. As before, a polite, respectful and knowledgeable engineer (Rod) visited at the pre-arranged time to assess the situation. The parts were ordered and fitted quickly, no drama, no chasing up, warm flat. Excellent service again, thank you.

"Top quality plumbing service"
I first called Maintracts about a year ago to fix various issues (leaks & split pipes) caused by faulty plumbing and poor quality plumbing kits installed by another company in my previous property during kitchen and bathroom renovations. I was so impressed by their professionalism and high quality work that when I moved to my new property I asked them to check the central heating and do all the plumbing (moving radiators, plumbing in washing machine).
They have a strong team of plumbers, all of whom provide a great service, in particular Darryl who has been excellent. When I decided to renovate the kitchen I spoke to Darryl about doing the plumbing for the kitchen instead of the kitchen fitter. He listened to my objectives and provided thoughtful solutions and high quality plumbing products that would stand the test of time.
To find a company that focusses on quality and operates with integrity and genuine care for the customer is rare, Maintracts is first class and I would highly recommend them.

Toby visited me today to address a water pressure issue in my flat. He diagnosed the issue within 5 minutes and had it fixed 45mins later. Had all the parts and tools in the van so no mucking about. Toby was friendly and professional and answered all my questions. Great service!

Malcolm is probably the heart of the business. He is willing to help and knows how to communicate well on the phone. He does focus on the customer and the problem.
However I rang when I need an emergency plumber. The blurb in the website states 24 hours but that is nit the case. They were unable to get a plumber to me until the following day, which wa snot helpful.
However I do thunk the pricing is questionable and I am aware they are running a business with costs to meet. However business need to be more morally and ethically diverse. I think better regulation on costs etc must be introduced because many trades people take advantage and overcharge. if you are vulnerable and elderly that is a major issue.

"Video call troubleshoot"
Malcolm had a video call with me to troubleshoot why my heating was not working. He was very knowledgeable and was able to get to the bottom of the issue without being physically present!
