Excellent experience from beginning to the end the venue was great and the reception was awesome. The organisation was professional. The drivers simon and Steve were very clear and friendly. And the whole experience was fantastic, definatly recommend this driving experience.

"Shocking customer service"

due to me breaking my leg and being in a cast,i was unable to attend my experience day.
I received a email explaining,because i did`nt have flexible cancellation,i would have to pay £40.00 admin fee as long as i rebooked 7 days before my experience day.
I broke my leg the weekend before the date which was a friday,so it fell after the 7 days.
Very poor customer service,no leeway.
