With all the bait and switch companies from China, it is reassuring how Refined Capital applies a layer of honesty on top of buying miners. They are straightforward with their current prices, which I greatly appreciate. They also accept other forms of payment such as credit cards and PayPal, which provides purchase protection instead of requiring only payments in crypto, which provides no protection at all. The customer service I received is unmatched. Michael and Vi answered so many questions I had as a first time miner. I would do business with Refined Capital again in the future. I encourage everyone to do your own research and watch out for scams.

I have placed 2 different orders and both came with no issues. I received prompt communication on every step of the order. 1 order actually was for late February yet I received it 3rd week of January. That is impressive. 👏 Shipping was 2-3 days which is great. Being able to use a credit card is the main reason I chose them along with having physical locations in the US near me. Only complaint I have is their prices are generally the highest of all companies I can order from here in the USA.

Ordered two miners. Received them in reasonable time. They were well packaged and arrived without problems. The only thing preventing a 5 star rating was there were no power cords with either. Maybe I missed something somewhere about there being no cords, but I did not notice any.

The product came fairly quickly despite DHL not having my address in thier GPS but that's no fault to the company.
