Could call and discuss prior to ordering to ensure saddle would fit my bike. Arrived exactly the day I requested but best of all if the comfort of the saddle compared to the Suzuki factory fitted.
My only comment would be I do not feel the benefit of the gel as much as expected but perhaps will benefit more with use.

The battery I received was not new - at best a return. One of the caps was missing, the box looked like it had been knocking around someone's garage for a decade, and the marks on the terminals clearly showed scratches.

Selling a used\returned item as brand new is not truthful. Hence 3 stars.

I've taken a chance that it is just a return, and not actually a knackered old battery because I needed my bike back on the road ASAP and didn't have time for a return.
