"Spark Trust---an excellent cleaner program"

I have used Spark Trust for several years now, cleaning up the programs on my computer once a week. They have done an excellent job and I am very satisfied. I have recommended this program to some of my friends.

My SparkTrust PC cleaner runs automatically. I hadn't seen it for a week or so, so tried to start it manually. Couldn't do it. Called Support, got Brian.... he emailed me instructions and, with a tip from my nephew, got it up again and it's working well.

"crappy updating"

used product last year. Renewed through popup. After I paid on my receipt it said the update was automatic...it wasn't. I kept getting the same pop up asking me to renew. I went to the website and sent an email to the company detailing the problem. That was about 5 days ago. No response. Definitely not happy.

The Advanced Tech Support into which I stumbled when trying to renew my PC Cleaner in March 2014 was a mistake, however. This may be due to the restrictions under which my computer operates. As an example of that, I am sending this from a different computer--forward the invitation to myself here--because the main working computer can't go on the web: that was why I tried the ATS in the first place, the salesman said they might be able to fix that. They couldn't, and actually made it worse.

But the PC Cleaner is good. I did not hesitate, once I was sure the ATS thing wasn't going to help, to renew the PC Cleaner. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is the minor hassle of resetting stuff after a scan and fix.

I don't see this as much different than any of the other 5 such programs that have set on my computer. I do not think it is work a six month membership, and that it should be at least twelve month for that price. My one concern is that when it tells me it has done the cleaning, and I decided to run the scan again. it does not come back as clean, but tells me there is more to be fixed. What wrong with that picture. I have run as many scans as I can take and it has never come up completely clean. FIX it so it get's everything that shouldn't be there the FIRST TIME. All I cn say it does seem to be better than most.

One small thing, I missed the fact that initial subscription was for only 6 months. When I found that out, I felt a little cheated.

"Slow value"

1. I think I could replicate what this software does if I was not so lazy.
2. Cost is about $.10 (Can) per day so it is not expensive.
3. Program takes a long time to do scans - particularly when looking for junk files.
4. Occasionally It trys to sell me something else with apocalyptic warnings if I decline!
5. All in all good value.
