"Frankly, I do not experience a difference in computer operation speed."

While my computer goes thru the motions of an "electronic vacumn cleaner" while scanning for boogies , bugs and trash, after all is said and done, there is an unperceptable difference in the speed of its operation. So ,the question is, is it a purchase of measurable value? Who knows! If you gauge the response by the numbers of errors, clutter and trash the scan alledgedly generates and cleans one would think we just removed the aids virus from society. The dashboard indicates you've got a serious issue with more than a hundred items of concern but when removal has been completed there is no difference in operation. I probably will not renew as I believe any good quality security system will remove or quarrantine threats of real concern along with other major benefits of protection. I guess it boils down to what company does a better job of instilling subjective fear into the uneducated user.

I uninstalled Spark Trust and had to have a pro take it in to clean it up since
Spark Trust couldn`t. I requested a refund to my credit card per the promised warranty on customer support web site but so far have been just ignored. Just another BS company that doesn`t stand up to their promises.
If I don`t hear soon I`m going to turn them in to the BBB. Can you tell I`m not happy.
