The purchase experience was negatively coloured by issues around the delivery. The courier struggled to carry the item from his vehicle inview of the weight and really a sack truck should have been used. Thereafter the courier was only interested in placing the package where he felt it should be placed and not where my wife asked him to put it leaving her to struggle to move it. Customer satisfaction was clearly not high on his list of priorities!! Overall very disappointing....
