I have had a terrific experience with A&T. They delivered my table and benches in a timely manner, however the table was damaged. I understand things like this happen, so I just emailed them with images of the damage and they arranged a replacement promptly.
I love the product and cannot fault the service

"Do not use!"

Do not use. Nice products but a logistical nightmare. Six weeks after order and still waiting for the media unit that was ordered. Courier company used was a waste of time and it seemed to be difficult, if not impossible, for them to get the item to Scotland. Ordered now cancelled and awaiting a refund.

Item received is not as advertised. As silly as it may sound, i simply dont know how to leave a review on feefo, where this firm has got very good reviews.

So here I am. Delivery was quick as advertised. However, I paid for weekend delivery ans they only paid DPD for weekday delivery. I was able to get a refund for the extra delivery fee i paid after contacting customer service.

The product sent was not as advertised. I bought Faye Nesting Side Tables from them. The finish is rough (advert photo shows smooth finish); glass tops show multiple scratches; legs are not straight. Most importantly, the smaller table's lower ring is higher than the larger table's (complete opposite of what is advertised), making the table set visually disturbing.

They were able to give me 15% refund as my husband already recycled the packing....and they cant take back without those plastics and carton box.

The table is going to the loft!

"Terrible customer service and delivery…"

Terrible customer service and delivery service. I had ordered four pieces of furniture from Atkin and Thyme, all of them in stock and delivery scheduled for two weeks down the line which gave the company plenty of time to organise stuff. at the time of delivery the delivery men only delivered two pieces of furniture, their delivery invoice was only for three pieces of furniture out of which one of them they mentioned was out of stock. After speaking to the head office they confirmed everything I ordered was in stock. The delivery company was not even made aware of fourth piece of furniture. After speaking to the customer services team I was assured of delivery twice and changed later. Finally I was given another time slot for the rest of the delivery for my furniture, I happened to call their delivery company one day in advance of my delivery to confirm details and the delivery company didn't had anything booked in for my order.

The furniture that was delivered in time needed assembly and was assembled wrongly by the delivery men and one of the tables was unstable due to a missing piece.

Absolutely horrific experience.

Had trouble with the website placing an order, ended up calling to place my order. Haven't received my item yet.A day or so after my order they had a discount offer and they refunded me the difference immediately. Great service!

We where dubious of ordering from this company after we had read the reviews on here! But had seen very positive feedback elsewhere. We ordered a coffee table and side tables. The delivery was as stated and they even took away the packaging which I have to say was very helpful as we live in a flat. The quality is fantastic and we couldn't be happier and are definitely going to order from Atkin and Thyme again. Highly recommended.
