"Game Jersey - no show!"
I ordered my son his player kit in November and was told one item was backordered. Of course this was the game shirt that he is required to wear in games. I reached out at the end of November and was told if would definitely be here in the middle of December. I reached out at then end of December and was told mid January. I reached out today and you guessed it they will definitely have it mid February.
The customer service is non existent. They do not deserve the one star that I put above

Buyers Beware. I can not get an issue resolved and it's been over 2 weeks to get customer service to help. They will not respond at all. I placed the wrong order for a uniform and realized it immediately. Contacted them several times via chat and email. They would not respond and sent the items out 4 days later. Per their policy, I can't return because they are customized. I tried so hard to stop it from being sent and it did anyway. Asked to talk to management, I'm on day 6 and management still hasn't gotten back to me. AVOID buying from here because if you have any issues, they do not have the staff or customer support to help you. My order was almost $500!!

"Customer service in non-existence"
I don't understand how this business still exists! I ordered my daughters club uniforms through their website but found out they were too big. I tried to have at least the shorts exchanged since the jerseys are customized and not exchangeable. So I went through their website and found out I need to put a new order first then they can issue a return authorization for me to return the shorts. But after a week, I haven't got the return authorization. Tried to contact them by email, no response. Called them, no one picked the phone. Trying to find the live chat, no success. What a horrible customer service!

"Always a problem."
Every time I have ordered from them there is always an issue with at least 1 or more items. I placed the ordered July 8th and everything was in stock. Received some of my order but 2 game jerseys were missing. I followed up and was told it has been backordered and would be here by the middle of August. It is now August 20th so I reached back out and they said the item is in stock but will take 2 weeks. We have tournaments this weekend. This happens literally every time I order from them. I don't know who they know to have such a strong hold on youth soccer but they are the worst to do business with.

Horrible experience with this company. I never received the shoes and denied my refund. My mistake is not looking at the reviews of this company before buying anything from them. Please stay away from this company as far as possible. Hopefully my review saves people hard-earned money.

"Do not order from WeGotSoccer"
From start to finish I'm completely unsatisfied with the business we got soccer. I originally ordered a pair of cleats with the thought that they'd be there in about a week or so. I got an original confirmation email telling me that they'd received my payment and were going to send me my cleats. I waited almost a week for the tracking number email, and I never received it. I think to contact customer support and ask what is happening with my order. It says that they will respond in 24 to 48 business hours. Four days later, I got a response that said that the cleats were no longer in stock and that I would be refunded. Mind you it has been almost a week and a half since I originally ordered the cleats, which I needed for a tournament. The part that made it even worse was the fact that they didn't tell me they were out of stock until I reached out to them first. How much longer would it have gone had I not reached out?? After they tell me about the refund which will take 3 to 5 days approximately they say. The worst part is I go look on the website for the cleats I bought, and it says that they are still in stock in the exact color and size I ordered. This just means that somebody else is going to buy these cleats expecting that they are in stock when in reality they are not. Overall horrible experience and I will never be using we got soccer again. I would not recommend that anybody else use them either.

"Never Again- Not Recommended "
Purchased a pair of cleats on May 25th. Upon arrival, you could tell the cleats were used or worn, they were not brand new. My son pointed out the cleats were brown at the bottom, they were already laced, only one cleat had the paper stuffed, the bag was missing and the box was torn. However, my son tried the cleats on, walked around a few and found them to be too light for his liking, we decided to return it. I found and downloaded a return form from the wegotsoccer website. I filled it out using adobe. Under reason for return, I put too light and appears used, I saved the pdf on June 2, 2024. Not being sure if the process, I decided to send an email to infoatwegotsoccer.com and asked for a return address. I received an address and similar pdf return form. After manually filling it out, I taped the box since I did not have a plastic to wrap the box in, included cleats as received, return form and returned item. Expecting a full refund, instead I received the following email on June 20th.

That being said, the returned item has been repackaged and processed to ship back to your listed address. You should expect to receive this within the next 5-7 business days depending on the carrier.
I asked what was wrong with the return, thinking maybe my return somehow was mixed up with someone else. When I manually filled out the return form I did not mention the cleats appeared used. But, the original return form I downloaded was saved with these comments.
Wegotsoccer rightfully stated that the return form did not mention that the cleats appeared used as a reason for return and could not accept the cleats.
I contacted BBB and opened a case. After some back and forth between myself and wegotsoccer about the condition received, I told them the only proof I had was the PDF I had downloaded and saved and has not been altered or touched since original date of June 2nd. I sent the PDF form.
I was then told we got soccer would accept the cleats but I could only receive a credit. I contacted several members of their upper management, ceo, etc to intervene. However I received the same talking points.
Received an email on July 1st saying this was the last communication, either they would ship the cleats back to me or I can accept a store credit.

"Very disappointed with the shipping…"
Very disappointed with the shipping times to Canada. First I paid $75 Cdn to ship a pair of Soccer Cleats and the product took over 2 weeks to arrive. No customs delay just shipped at low priority. During that waiting period I made purchases from a competitor....I paid less for shipping ( half the price) and the product arrived 7 days earlier. I also checked the cost from my post office to San Diego and recieved a quote $25 cheaper. So I waited long and they made money on shipping. I am disgusted and as a Soccer Academy Director you have lost mine and my 600 members business.
