The products are great! However the Rapidracking delivery team did not return calls that they said they would. And the external courier were a nightmare, I had two orders, neither called before hand as requested. On a positive the first driver did help carry the shelving into the building.

"be Careful about rapid 3 or budget shelves no good"

Rapid 2 is very good but rapid 3 is much worse quality. Thinner material very difficult to line up. Delivery is fast but the delivery man always wants to leave the huge packing pallets behind. Big trouble for customers to dispose. We buy the shelves but not including the pallet!
Just saw the answer from the rapid pack service. Yes I do not have any problem about your use of pallets for transportation. That’s not what I complained about. But don’t leave your transportation tools to your customers to dispose. I didn’t buy that! It’s not the normal goods package and I had to drive to waste recycle center to dispose of it. It was very heavy.

The "Budget Range" is complete garbage - it is horrible to assemble nothing fits - I have been a mechanic and fortunately am very good with my hands but this stuff is dreadful to assemble. DO NOT BUY - it is cheap because it doesn't fit together well, the shelves are skinny, the metal parts can be bent with your fingers (mind you this does help with assembly as you can bend bits to fit!- which is what you have to do). When you do eventually get it together (after an hour or so) it wobbles about - no rigidity!!
They have a high rating on Feefo because they send the feedback form out before you've had a chance to open the boxes and see what rubbish you have just thrown your money away on. Spend more and buy the heavier duty stuff - you're chucking it down the drain when you buy this!
