Null Sterne hat handyservice verdient einer ist noch zuviel .Es wird gelogen .Und frech ist man auch noch .Ein durch und durch schlechter Kundenservice. Lügen damit Kunde anbeisen. Wenn man den Auftrag stoniern will wird nicht drauf reagiert .Erst händy zurück was man auf eigene Kosten zurück schicken darf .Das Gesetz wäre so .Wenn man das Gesetz zugeschickt haben möchte wo das da steht auf eigene Kosten wird verweigert.
Man kann nur jeden abraten dort was zubestellen .Man hat nur Ärger und Probleme da dort nur alles verlogen ist .Da wo man dann den Vertrag zulaufen hat wird bei der Bestellung auch anders dargestellt dann wen alles nachhause kommt sieht man das es die schlechtesten händy sind und der Vertrag läuft auch über mobilcom was auch ein sehr schlechtes Unternehmen ist .wo es ständig falsche Rechnungen gibt und zurück bekommt man nichts .Da wird nur gelogen um das sie Kunden bekommen. Haste erstmal einen Auftrag eingereicht kommt das blaue wunder .Rücksendung vom händy selbst bezahlen und stoniern den Vertrag wird auch nicht gemacht .Erst wenn das händy zurück gekommen ist wollen sie den Vertrag stoniern .Das würde alles so gesetzlich sein bekommt man als Antwort. Die gehören mal angeklagt

"Das letzte mal!!"

Ich war jahrelang Kunde dort und konnte nichts negatives sagen, da keine Probleme entstanden sind.
Jetzt wurde mir ein anderer Vertrag untergejubelt, bei dem ich letztendlich das doppelte zahlen sollte.
Mir persönlich war nicht richtig mitgeteilt worden, dass es eine Änderung geben wird, wenn ich den Vertrag verlänger. Für mich war eine Verlängerung, dass die Konditionen beibehalten werden.
Bei meiner Reklamation wurde mir mehr oder weniger unterstellt, dass ich lügen würde. Die "Dame" vom Kundenservice war offensichtlich nicht gewillt eine Lösung zu finden, sondern unterstelle mir die Lüge und legte auf.
Ich hätte zumindest erwartet, dass man versucht eine Lösung des Problems zu finden. Leider
Fehlanzeige.....
Handyservice hat sich für mich absolut erledigt!

Der Netzanbieter hat mir dann ohne Probleme weitergeholfen!

I was looking for a way to do my curtain fix, pictures and mirror put on the walls. I came across Handy Services and decided to give them a try. The price of their services are very affordable compared to other companies in the same industry. They were really friendly, fast and quick with their work.

"Vorsicht"

Vorsicht, hier werden alte Geräte verramscht die niemand mehr kauft. Auch das Vorgehen der Firma ist absolut unseriös. Die Beigaben werden 3 Wochen nach der SIM-Karten Aktivierung verschickt. So hat man keine Chance die Beigaben zu testen und bei Nichtgefallen zurück zu schicken. Gehe jetzt mit Anwalt gegen diese Praktika vor.

"Hands down the most unprofessional…"

Hands down the most unprofessional company. They would say they have cleaners available and then constantly change their minds. They agreed to give me the same person and then changed the date and her availability.

Sadly, the cleaning job was great and if I could have had her back I would. But dealing with Handy cleaners is just not worth it. Their cleaning consultants just don't know what they are doing and lying seems to be the way to go.

I would not waste my time with them.

"Lateness, greedy, lazy, ... just terrible!"

I have hired this company to clean a tiny tiny carpet on my room (about 3m x 4m) and a medium rug (2m by 2.60m), they charge me a minimal charge of £48.

The cleaner was over 1h late and he finally arrived he did a poor job in 15 min, probably trying to compensate for the time he lost. I ask him to also clean a small area of the bed (1m by 30cm) and he refused asking an addition of £15.

I ask to make a complain to the company and the cleaner call them, spoke in polish so i could not understand and they were simply rude to me.

In my opinion it was a poor customer service and a extremely lazy job.

Don't Recommend!!! And definitely will check reviews next time.

This Company did not arrive on the time agreed, then wished not to take responsibility for their mistake, in my dealings with them they were extremely rude and antagonising.
