Ordered items online and got a confirmation email. The following afternoon a get an email (they couldn't be bothered to call me) saying they had supply issues and i needed to pay about another 10% for them to get them from someone else. This email included a link to a random internet pay page. No apology, no call.
I replied to the email stating i wasnt prepared to pay the extra and that we had an agreement they should honour. They cancelled the order and im still waiting for a refund. i will NEVER use these cowboys again

I bought some dry verges to replace my existing ones, website was easy to navigate. I didn't have to contact anyone as I knew what I needed. Delivery was swift & now they're all fitted. Will be using them again to replace the other side.

Due to negative feedback regarding stocking levels I contacted by phone to double check the tiles were actually in stock as I was unable to find any locally due to storm damage leaving a shortage. Once confirmed in stock I ordered and tiles arrived in good time and in good condition.

Ordered online a product showing in stock. Order value over £150. No call or contact after order then an E-mail 4 days later - sorry we don't have any, i'll refund you. Awful customer service. Really frustrating.

The day after placing my order, Roof Stores informed me by e-mail that item was not in stock and I would receive a refund. Pleased to have a quick response. However, item was 'in stock' on website and no indication given when fresh would arrive. Got the impression they did not want my business.
